This is my list of 25 things we all need to do this autumn. Enjoy!
*Eat our vitamin C. For me that means smoothies, and lots of them.
*Drink our tea. Big mugs are cozy and green te have some great health benefits.
*Dress after the weather that is, not the whether we want it to be.
*Learn how to make the perfect cup of hot cocoa.
*Light a lot of candles. Scented ones are the best!
*Stay inside for a whole weeked binge watching netflix.
*Treat ourselfs some sushi.
*Play hours and hours of video games and then do the same with the Sims
*Throw leaves up in the air, and Instagram it.
*Jump in some really big puddles of water.
*Eat a lot of Halloween candy.
*Make lists like this one, in case anyone has missed that the autumn is here.
*Remember to use body butter or lotion after every shower. Itchy skin is no fun.
*Take lots and lots of photos before the snow comes and take all the colors away.
*Spend time with the ones we love.
*Take long walks and get some fresh air.
*Have a spa night at home at least once a month.
*Dance. At home, at the club or maybe in a park. Let’s all just shake it out.
*Try out a new hobby or re-start an old one.
*Laugh. Beacuse a good laugh is good for our health.
*Dare to say no once in a while to things we don’t want to do.
*Bake cinnamon buns. No motivation needed.
*Eat rosted vegetables with garlic.
*Collect pinecones to decorate with.
*Be thankful for what we have and never ever forget how amazing we all are.
